Seminar Highlights:

Comprehensive Topics: The seminar delved into critical aspects of ship management, safety protocols, company policies, and effective training methodologies. Our goal was to equip officers with the latest industry insights and best practices.
Constructive Feedback: The officers’ active participation and valuable feedback underscored the seminar’s success. Their insights will guide us in refining our practices and addressing seafarers’ needs effectively.
Gala Dinner: As a token of appreciation, an exquisite gala dinner was hosted for our seafarers and their families on the preceding evening. The event featured captivating performances, fostering camaraderie and celebration.
MOLMI’s Stewardship: Our esteemed manning company, MOLMI, meticulously orchestrated the seminar, ensuring seamless coordination and a memorable experience for all attendees.

Republic day celebrations onboard 2024!

TAKE OVER GREEN SARITA (27TH AUG 2023)

Our next take over of Green Sarita was completed on the 27th Aug 2023.This take over marks the takeover of 5th LPG vessel under MOLNISM management.

We now become a ship management organisation with 6 vessels under our belt and looking forward to take over more vessels in the near future!!

Table Tennis Tournament On board

One of our vessel’s had organized a TT tournament onboard with elaborate plan for matches during a long anchorage in Apr 2023! Such activities keep the seafarer’s morale high and is also a welcome stress buster!!

HOLI CELEBRATIONS ONBOARD (7th Mar 2023)

the crew onboard celebrated the festival of Holi with great enthusiasm and joy.

Deck water, Swimming pool and colored powders were used to drench each other in colors, and laughter filled the air as people played and danced to music.

Elaborate menu was prepared and shared among the crew and everyone exchanged warm wishes and greetings.

Town Hall with Hashimoto San

Takeshi Hashimoto San ,President and CEO,MOL group visited MOLNISM office on 2nd Mar 2023 and had an open and friendly interactive session with all MOL group employees present.

He was accompanied by Kensuke Ito San, Director, MOL
Shipping (India) Private Limited and Ajay Singh San, Managing Executive Officer, Mitsui O.S.K Lines, Tokyo

He explained importance of Indian seafarers and their role in over all success of the MOL group.

MOLNISM moved to a new office on the 19th July 2022.We had an elaborate Pooja and a cake cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.

Takeshi Hashimoto San ,President and CEO,MOL group, graced the occasion and inaugurated the premises by cutting the ribbon and a cake.

All the employees were treated to a elaborate lunch.

Recently we took over the LPGC Hisui on the 3rd May 2022 successfully.

Hisui would be the 1st of the line up of LPG vessels MOLNISM would be taking over in the coming months.

Managing safety is never an easy task, and unless you and your team is 100% committed

Vasant-1 Team celebrating 500 days with no Lost Time Incidents (LTIs) and no Total recordable cases (TRCs)!

This dedication towards creating a safe workplace leads to our seafarers returning home safely to their loved ones.

Kudos to Captain and the crew of Vasant-1 (present & crew) for collective efforts that lead to achieving this milestone and working towards our goal of the ZERO accident.
